Born into a family of sculptors in 1988 Deniz Reno had become an award winning child art prodigy by the tender age of 8,
exhibiting her paintings in solo and group shows in Central Asia and having her works shown in
several public and private collections across the globe (UNICEF, Zepter, Tengri Umai). She started studying concert flute
at the age of 7 and performing in school in various showcases across her home city (Almaty, Kazakhstan). At the age of 10 her
family relocated to Toronto, Canada where music had become a full time passion. Since then she has travelled
to the United States to perform as part of a show group in various competitions earning Silver and Gold
medals against established troupes. Deniz has also worked as a model for various fashion houses including
JUZD Bamboo and Aqua Di Lara as well as making appearances in numerous music videos and productions in the
Toronto and US music and film circuits. Since the start of 2009 Deniz Reno has been establishing herself as a solo
artist garnering rave reviews from audiences in Toronto, United States, Europe and Central Asia where she has spent the summer
travelling and writing songs.
